Welcome to Flower Wand Garden. This policy explains how the first release handles camera access, locally created photos and videos, basic website data, and your choices. The core camera experience is designed to work without an account.

Camera frames and hand landmarks are processed inside your browser and are not uploaded to us. Photos and videos remain local unless you explicitly use your operating system share sheet, which is controlled by your device. Our hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and security signals. If optional analytics is enabled, we may receive aggregated visit and feature-usage information.

We use limited website information to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, understand aggregate usage, and improve compatibility. We do not use camera frames or hand landmarks for advertising, model training, identification, or profiling because those inputs are not sent to our servers in the first release.

Camera access begins only after you press Start camera and approve the browser permission prompt. The site stops its camera tracks when you leave the Play page or press the stop control. Finished media is assembled in a browser canvas and represented as a local file Blob. Always review a file before sharing it with another application.

The public camera experience does not require a login cookie. We may use essential storage for security or site operation, and optional analytics may use browser identifiers when configured. You can restrict cookies and revoke camera permission in your browser settings.

Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, security, and request logging. The site uses the open-source MediaPipe Tasks Vision library and a self-hosted hand landmark model; live camera frames are not sent to Google by our implementation. Your operating system or browser handles any Share action you choose.

You can deny or revoke camera access, close the Play page to stop capture, clear downloaded files from your own device, disable the optional website watermark, and contact us about privacy questions. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, object to, or request deletion of personal information we hold.

The Public Garden upload feature is not part of the first release. Before that feature launches, we will update this policy to explain account data, private uploads, moderation, retention, deletion, and public visibility. We may also update this policy when the service changes or applicable law requires it.
