Terms of Service

By accessing or using Flower Wand Garden, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the camera experience. You must be legally able to consent to these terms in your location; children should use the service with a parent, guardian, or responsible educator.

Flower Wand Garden is a free browser-based creative camera experience. It uses local hand landmark detection to place flower artwork, and it can create a downloadable photo or short video. The Public Garden, public uploads, paid flower packs, subscriptions, and creator accounts are not included in this release.

No account is required for the first-release Play flow. You control camera permission through your browser and are responsible for obtaining consent from anyone visible in a capture. Do not record a person in a private setting without their knowledge and permission.

The first-release camera experience does not charge credits, sell subscriptions, or request payment. If paid functionality is introduced later, the applicable price, billing terms, cancellation terms, and refund policy will be shown before purchase and these terms will be updated.

The Flower Wand Garden name, interface, original flower artwork, and site software are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use and share the photo or video file created from your own camera session for personal and ordinary social-media purposes. You remain responsible for the people, places, and third-party material visible in that capture.

You may not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; secretly record people; create abusive, exploitative, or deceptive material; attack or disrupt the site; bypass security controls; scrape the service at scale; redistribute our flower assets as a standalone asset pack; or falsely imply that we endorse your content.

Flower Wand Garden is provided “as is” and “as available.” Hand tracking depends on lighting, device performance, browser support, camera quality, and permission settings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect landmark accuracy, a specific recording codec, or compatibility with every device or social platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flower Wand Garden and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of files, data, opportunity, or goodwill; or claims arising from media you record, download, or share. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may restrict access to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain the product. We may change or discontinue features, including experimental camera behavior, while trying to avoid unnecessary disruption.

We may revise these terms as the service develops. A new effective date will appear on this page. Material new features such as Public Garden publishing will receive terms that explain their specific user-content and moderation rules before launch.
